I met with Nazer on a walk through and before we went in I told him what is easily missed when cleaning. I told him the stove would be dirty, etc, we went in and stove and around stove wak dirty. He stated he would go back in and clean it. That was 12-4-25 @ 8:33 PM. 

Dec 4th I followed up with Nazer on the unit 2 stove.
He stated they did clean stove in unit 2. ​
 
On 12-6-25 @ 9:49 AM Met Calls at 391-2 for a walk through The stove was not cleaned, You could tell they fluffed a rag around but didn't clean it. I gave $50 off Calls rent to clean stove and areas around stove and floor.
